We request our community to join our Sabbath prayer to focus on entering God's rest, giving thanks for past healing & deliverance, seeking divine peace (shalom), and offering intercessions for physical and financial protection.
Today we pray for Sabbath Rest & Peace (Shalom) by Stepping away from weekly anxieties into God’s restorative quiet. We pray for Gratitude & Hope and Thanking God for past deliverance while maintaining hope through ongoing trials.
Prayers for Thanksgiving
We thank You for the mercy You have bestowed on Samira, Nina, Sonali, Simon, Samaira, and so many others as You provide them with healing and strength. Continue, we pray for your mercy on them.
Prayer for Healing
We especially pray for Healing & Protection, specifically for medical recovery, treatment strength, senior citizen care, and financial security. Be with Samira as she continues her treatment this week, and grant Nina full strength as she recovers from her therapy.
Lord, As the sun sets and the Sabbath begins, we step out of the noise and demands of the week into the quiet sanctuary of Your rest. We pause to breathe in Your presence and lay down the burdens, anxieties, and striving that we have carried, grateful to be relieved of their weight.
We thank You for deliverance where it has come, peace where it has not yet arrived, and steadfast hope as we wait upon You.
For Protection: Grant protection for Richard, and provide financial protection and wisdom for Paladin.
For Seniors & The Infirm: We uplift our senior citizens—especially those suffering from back and hip pain who depend on You alone.
For Revival
Lord, we pray very specially for the revival of hearts and minds to align with you, to follow you and to hear you and practise what you teach us.
For Severe Illness & Recovery: Comfort those who are incapacitated, those undergoing dialysis, and all undergoing serious medical procedures. Restore everyone who needs Your healing mentally, physically, or spiritually.
A Petition for Divine Peace (Shalom)
Lord, we ask for Your peace—the divine shalom that surpasses all human understanding. Guard our hearts and minds tonight. Where there has been conflict, bring swift reconciliation. Where there is inner turmoil, speak Your steadying word: "Peace, be still." Restore our weary souls and let Your Sabbath rest fill every room of our homes and every corner of our hearts.
Fill us with a steadfast hope. Lift our eyes above our current circumstances and anchor our trust in Your unchanging promises. Remind us that our future is held securely in Your hands, and that Your mercies are brand new every morning. May this holy day renew our vision, quiet our fears, and light our path forward with faith for tomorrow.
As we rest in You today, make us instruments of Your peace and beacons of Your hope to a world in need.
