Welcome to our weekly Sabbath space. There is a profound joy in stepping away from the endless demands of the world to simply be in the presence of God. Today, we call the Sabbath a delight. Wherever you are joining us from, we pray these words and reflections bring a sense of deep peace, joy, and spiritual refreshment to your home this weekend. Heavenly Father, we lay down the unfinished tasks, the worries, and the mental noise of the past six days. We confess that we often carry weights we were never meant to bear. As we enter this sacred time, we consciously release every burden into Your capable hands. Grant us the grace to truly let go and trust that the world rests safely in Your care.
We come to you in prayer today for giving you thanks for healing Samira and Arielle from the deadly pestilence as you have promised. We continue to pray for them for strength as they go through the rest of their treatment and for it to have a maximum healing with minimal side effects and for patience and strength to bear those as well. We pray for Jen, for her markers to continue to lessen. We also pray for Joan for a complete recovery from cardiac complications from Chemo as well as high muscle enzymes. We pray for strength against fatigue and loss of energy. We also pray for Nick for the medical investigations into his situation. For strength to Lisa in re-building her life after cancer and we pray for Victoria and Alison, and Lindsey.
Today we bring Stephen to you, who will be having a complicated surgery on Friday. Ben for his job interview on Monday and Beths son who is in hospital. For the Healing for Jason and we Pray for Father Joe's shelters, St. Teresa of Calcutta Villas Management and their Security company to be more empathetic and realize their mission.
We pray for Manual who is leading an evangelistic group in Salzburg, Austria to grant him wisdom for this task and to be a role model for the brothers and sisters there. Prayers for Paul Joseph who is facing an urgent situation; for Dross's eviction to be stayed until a solution is found and Healing of Jeyro’s psoriasis eczema. We pray for Sonali for a successful surgery and a senior Pastor in Kerala as he undergoes a chemo today.
Creator God, we pause to thank You for Your unwavering faithfulness. Thank You for providing for fulfilling our daily needs, for keeping us safe from known and unknown dangers, and for the countless hidden blessings of the past week. We choose to look back with a grateful heart, knowing that every good and perfect gift comes from You. May our worship today be a sweet aroma to You.
