“Observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, as the Lord your God has commanded you."
— Deuteronomy 5:12
As the week draws to a close, we step back from the rush of our daily work to honor the sacred boundaries You have set before us. You did not merely command us to pause; You called us to set this time apart—to set ourselves apart—for Your divine purpose.
Forgive us for the times we treat Your holy day as an afterthought or mere convenience. Shift our focus from the noise of the world to the stillness of Your presence. Consecrate our thoughts, recalibrate our hearts, and remind us of who we are in You.
May this Sabbath be a physical and spiritual testimony of our devotion. Let Your peace rule in our homes, Your wisdom guide our conversations, and Your Holy Spirit fill every quiet moment.
We thank you Lord for your mercy of healing and strength on Nina and Samira. We also thank you for the healing you have given Simon and Samaira. We ask for your grace on Mr. Roy and Sonika's brother and family. We continue to pray for them all for your mercy and grace. We pray for George in South Africa for complete recovery and for his family to be able tot travel to him.
Lord, we pray for Joan and Lisa as they rehabilitate after their remission from cancer. For Lisa's court case scheduled for a hearing tomorrow. Guide them Lord and sustain them with wisdom and opportunity. We pray for Arielle for complete healing and decision to go through her chemo sessions. We pray for Jen, to start the clinical trials soon so that she too may get relief from this pestilence.
We pray for Joli to recover from Coma from the car accident. For Brandons prostrate problem. We pray for the complete healing of Pastor Singh in America for healing. For Jakeb and his mother Carmen for you to hear their prayers.
We dedicate this sacred time to You, trusting that as we keep Your Sabbath holy, You are actively setting us apart for Your glory.
Amen.
